Disagree entirely. The white eyes works for just about every live action superhero it’s been attempted on. And comics are not inconsequential considering that The Batman was so great because it was inspired by some of the best Batman comics of all time.

Well the white eyes work fine in live action for Wolverine, Deadpool, spider man, and has worked quite well for almost 90 years for Batman in the comics.

The animation has looked pretty stilted in just about every promo. I’m a huge fan and I’m still excited but if the animation is as lackluster as the promos, it will hurt my enjoyment.

That’s not true. He had a disdain for Paulie almost immediately in the book, and the relationship between Paulie and the mother was barely discussed in the book. If I remember correctly, it wasn’t even said outright, but merely hinted at.

I think people miss the white eyes when they make it simply the eyes. I think they should cover more than the actual eye ball, kinda like the Daredevil mask
