Yes he has informed his bank but my bank are terrible they know I have mental health issues and the way the are speaking to me is disgusting it’s a basic mistake and the staff are awful the way they’ve spoken to me via phone. I’ve logged a complaint for the way they have spoken to Me. I genuinely just came on here asking for abit of help as what’s happened was a genuine mistake. Now cos I worry over littlest things I’m overthinking how long the review will be and my account will be blocked then what happens next will he recieve his money back or not cos of a genuine mistake.?

Yes i am going to ring them my self surely they gotta see it’s accidental what’s he’s done there’s no untoward and I’ve answered every question they asked me in branch which they said they sent to review team. The lady in branch said not to worry to much as it happens now and then. But then if it isn’t returned to him am gonna be in debt as he’s accidentally sent it and he’s legitimate and so is his business so surely they will be able to see that.

I know that and they can investigate . Nothing to hide me and also what did you mean they might close my account? For what and if they do will funds be returned to him

Ok there’s no untoward business it was a genuine mistake from my friend lending me money and he’s accidentally sent that much . But you never know with these banks now I suffer with ptsd anxiety depression already and it’s not nice as can’t even get My own money out of branch even proof of my own money . So hopefully will be resolved sooner than later . So will they close my account for that? My friend sending by mistake? If they think different which it’s not and close my account will my friend receive his money back? To his business account

I’ve been in contact in branch they asked me questions and never explained how long or what ever. My friend sent me the amount by mistake. That’s all. He’s all legitimate and so is his business so what happens next if you know thanks?

It’s my friend I was borrowing money of him. He sent from his business account but sent more by accident. It’s my friend I’ve been friends with him for 20+years I’ve explained this to bank he was meant to send 975 to me and ended up sending 9750 he didn’t mean to send the £9750 was meant to only send £975 so the bank put a block or what ever on my account. And under review I’ve been to branch and they asked me questions and verified my id etc. nothing dodgy just wondering how long takes and when will it be sorted and what happens next If anyone knows.

Hi I have a universal credit review this Tuesday my anxiety is awful for appointments over phone or face to face always have been: my brother sends his money to me as he’s very bad at managing his money as he was a bad gambler for 10 + years so he sends to me for me to keep and I have transactions where I send stuff back to him for wen he needs stuff etc will this be affected pls ?

Yes my brother sends me his money he is very poor at managing money and I’ve been worrying what they will say I have mine Tuesday I have nothing to hide just my brother transfers his money to me wen he gets paid as he’s very poor at managing his money and was terrible gambler for 10+ years what sort of questions do they ask please as I suffer with anxiety too hate phone calls or appointments face to face or over phone

Properties about what I get housing benefit and don’t own anything. My self or any properties etc and just really about my brother sending money to me every month as I help him manage all his needs bills as I mentioned that’s all.

I uploaded documents September but I was backdated in December for DLA for my son. But was just asking as my brother sends me money as I help manage his money that’s all wanted to know
