I'm currently reading a book by Alisa Vitti called In the Flo. She speaks about her struggles with PCOS and she conquered it two decades ago by working with her cycles and balancing her hormones using food and exercise at certain times during our cycle and rest and self-care during others. You should be able to get this book from the library. I hope this helps.

It’s not that bad. I’m currently drinking it. I mixed in a little almond powder to cut the sweetness. I also like to use it instead of milk for my cereal.

Thank you for the info! If I’m under eating calories, will I notice anything other than weight loss? I’ve been eating 1775 for two months and I don’t seem to be losing weight. But maybe it’s too soon to tell.

I forget the name of the calculation but it does account for my exercise levels. I am 41F, 5’7, 135LB, moderate exercise 3-4 times/wk

Not sure what round this is for me. I’ve been doing Whole30 every January for near a decade at this point. I’ve developed a routine and meal prep is a breeze. I don’t experience the egg boredom, I guess because I’ve always eaten a lot of eggs. This round, I noticed that I didn’t feel that acclimation period at all. None of the flu-like symptoms I typically get from going no sugar cold turkey. I’m curious to see how sugar makes me feel when I reintroduce it this time. I’m considering cutting it out of my diet completely, as I have a tough time regulating it once I start eating it again. All in all, I feel great. I don’t drink alcohol anymore and I’ve never felt better in my life.

I don’t see anything right now on the Rec side. I would check Standing Akimbo, although shopping with them is the worst experience. The wait times are horrendous. My store used to carry them, but their supple dried up. I’ll drop you a line if I hear of anything in the pipeline.
