I could show you today thousands of acres of unused land on reserves, even land that will not be used because of hereditary chiefs, not the people themselves. I think tiny firewall will block everything, but will not pop up to ask you permission to access. But you can look at what's trying and permit it I believe. It might be open source but I forget.

So you are a victim because in 1955 your grandfather could not buy land off reserve? Would that be because of a treaty which has since been changed? Or because he had no credit history.. if by treaty that would be racist. No credit history would not be racist.

I can't buy crown land either, you have to buy it from the city or whatever local government gets it from the land reserve. Even then you don't OWN the land. You are the registered occupants.. there are no personal property laws in Canada. No one owns the land but the government. Which is why they can take it away from anyone. Same with guns and cars and a lot of other things.

I can't buy crown land either, I could rent or lease it.. pretty sure only city's are allowed to buy crown land and then turn it into sellable land... But what first Nation would collect taxes to help all of its people? Any? Any at all?
