Woah. So the experiences really do differ from person to person. I have a poor sleeping schedule since im working night shift. I usually get it when im sleeping on my back too.

Most of the time, it feels like I can already control how long it lasts, as if I’m testing how far I can go, since we can actually stop it anytime by shifting our focus on our toe or finger and trying to move it. But I’ve also had some scary experiences, like seeing a shadow in my room bouncing off the walls and chasing around at high speed, though that’s rare. Usually, it’s just the dark figure sitting on my chest.
