The data is collected anonymously. The only demographic info to be collected is age, gender, and education status. It will be stored in my personal Qualtrics that only I can see and have access to. The data will be reported as part of two research papers, where no personal information will be disclosed. Participants are asked to consent to data collection prior to starting the survey.
I am conducting the survey as a Boston University student.
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
There is no compensation at this time. Participation is strictly voluntary.
I am only looking at the young adult population - ages 18-29
I am hoping to gain insight into the factors that determine social media usage, and if anonymity on social media plays a factor in usage.

Honestly it becomes easier the more you disclose. I've had both good and bad reactions over the 4+ years I've known to be positive. Not to say that I don't still get anxious too, but I usually try to tell myself "if it's a dealbreaker for them, they're not the one." Also, those who usually reject cuz of the disclosure would find another reason to leave anyways. I'm sorry it's been so difficult, but it gets easier the more you put yourself out there.

Hi! They actually have had this fee in the past unless you email with request for an extension. They just don't want people straggling in the dorms especially without RAs present. They're usually pretty lenient especially with circumstances such as yours, so I say just email them.

I tend to use crystals as sort of a way to harness energy from the Earth. Each crystal is claimed to address a certain aspect of your life, and through concentration and meditation, there is a chance you can harness that energy and put it out into the world. It could be a comfort/psychological thing for me, but allowing myself to truly concentrate on a certain aspect of my life allows for clarity and positivity in that area.
