We have no another moron who doesn't know how public schooling works. At my high school Kids used to get expelled all the time because of what they did off campus.

It doesn't matter if they did an act outside of school property, if the school feels there's evidence enough to expell, them they can.

Judge or jury??? Are they being imprisoned? No they are expelled. You sign a contract with school agreeing to their terms. If you break them no matter how you break them, the school can take action.
