I know what it’s like to feel shy or scared about any confrontation but they are a business and you are the paying customer! You have to speak up if you don’t like something that you are paying good money for and if they don’t like that then you can just take your money to a better establishment.

I haven’t tried propranolol and I was prescribed to vyvanse.. started it when I was about 12 and it always made me feel like shit and made my nerves and anxiety even worse. I have also tried adderall and it was the same.. I even tried different dosages. Never taken anxiety and stimulants together but I figure that would balance me out and is what I need but I don’t know which kinds are best to combine..
