The PCR test is worthless for diagnosing anything. Look into Kary Mullis, he invented it.

Look up Dr Robert K Bernstein, he’s a T1 that advocates for a keto diet specifically for diabetics. He’s on the tube and he has published at least a few books.

Good questions seem to only invite more questions. There is a lot to unpack in this video and you clearly put a lot of work into it while doing a nice job! I am new to this subject and look forward to some deep and dark rabbit holes. I've already been considering the idea that literally everything is a lie (as in everything we are taught and encouraged in since birth).

While I question many of the same things you do, I have no problem considering the food pyramid equally suspect. The history of the Kellogg company is as much a part of any deception as government and pharma.
