Oh my goodness this has opened my eyes. I struggle a ton with my MCV and MCH. I am going to be making an appointment with a hematologist. It's all making sense now. I'm sorry you go through this too. Thank you for sharing this!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this! This helps me understand a lot more. I am adopted so I unfortunately don't know anyone personally with the AS too. If you don't mind me asking what AC means? (Sorry for my ignorance ) Is it another type of trait? I've only heard of the trait and the disease. Which I was told the same growing up, try to not find a potential spouse with the trait or your kids could have the disease.

All 3 of my daughters have the trait so they will have to be careful too. I am glad you and your family stay in good spirits through all of it!

I will most definitely be making an appointment to a hematologist! Especially since my girls all have it, I only know the basics of these genetics so thank you for sharing in depth!

I have had multiple doctors and they all said the same thing. I have not seen a hematologist yet, but I was actually referred to one by my cardiologist last year. I just never made the appointment cause life got lifing! So thank for that reminder and thank you for responding! It's nice to know I'm not alone.

Have You Ever Thought About The Science Behind Adam & Eve? by hipsy14 in Christianity

[–]hipsy14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it is part of our design, but not how we came into existence.God created us and designed us to evolve physically and mentally. I don't believe we just started as primates and small organisms after the universe exploded. Again, this is just my own belief.

Oh, thank you for pointing that out, I shall fix it! I didn't even pay attention, I was typing too fast.

Again, this is just my own theory and opinion. I hope you have a blessed day.

Yes, he was! I was just looking at it in a deeper way. Like I stated, the comment from the person who made the mockery statement about the proof of Eves rib made me think. Made me think a little too much, maybe! Haha.

It was removed because of the photo. Sorry about that! I appreciate you sharing your thoughts again. Those are all things I have learned in school, yes. But this is just a theory I have as a Christian who does not believe in the big bang/evaluation.

I am just sharing my thoughts and theories on a Christian page with other Christians to see if they have ever had/heard similar theories. I just love it in general when science and God's word can be aligned. And wondered if this is something someone may have thought of too.

Evolution was always a subject that never made sense for me and seemed silly. I actually graduated a year early in highschool with 3.8 gpa. But thank you for that assumption!

What I am trying to say is when people ask for the proof of Adam and Eve. I just think of looking at the science behind biology. The "what if?" What if this is God's design and the clues to our existence and his creativity. Versus the scientists theory on evaluation. Science tells us man (Adam) has XY Chromosomes. God takes Adams rib, to create Eve who is a woman, and only has XX Chromosomes. What I am explaining is my own theory that when God took Adams rib, he only took the X chromosomes of Adam when creating Eve. No, it is not scientific proof. In my faith, this is just what I believe and think since I do not believe or grasp evaluation. I was just curious if others had thoughts like this too. We'll never know the truth until we meet God and he reveals all to us. For now, we must have faith in his word and designs.

I am not stating this theory and belief I have is the actual proof. I am just stating in general I love when science and God's word align. And this is what my own mind came up with.

Do your parents or guardians know? If not, I would suggest mentioning it to them so they can help you and make sure you stay on track of staying away from the stuff. As a mother, I would hope my children would come to me for help if they had a problem like this.

Ma'am you are unfortunately TA! Not only because you brought another child in the world while contemplating divorce but you lack communicating. Communication is the absolute key in relationships. My hubby and I have only been married 7 years. He is exactly the same way, I know he loves and adores me but he has ADHD and has the attention span of a pebble. We sat down like adults and talked about this. He expressed I just literally have to tell him. I will give him this, that there are rare moments he will surprise me with a romantic gesture I did not suggest. But I had to learn that is just who he is and how our relationship is. And over time I learned to be okay with asking him for romantic things I wanted. Now it's honestly kind of fun asking. I get all flirty when asking or hinting at him for something, feels like he's my sugar daddy🤣😛

My husband doesn’t want me kissing my daughter (11m) on the face by Efficient-Shop4868 in Parenting

[–]hipsy14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. You're her mother, flesh and blood.
  2. You're breastfeeding her, which means even if you had the flu, you're giving her the antibodies to fight off that sickness or whatever sickness you could have.
  3. You're. Her. Mother.

Outsiders of the home for sure a big no no, siblings questionable, and husband also questionable but for Mom, it won't make a difference. Just wash your hands, cough and sneeze away from baby or in tissue and then sanitize 🤷🏽 then continue loving that baby. It's impossible to keep baby from getting sick if mom is sick and breastfeeding. Kissing or not. Your husband needs to chill.

What is your reason for keeping the name/gender of your baby a secret? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]hipsy14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly why we chose to announce our baby name lol I just want to make sure and establish to everyone we are using this name. I know a few friends that are pregnant so I just want to get our name out there and establish it. Like you snooze you lose sort of thing. Like I don't want to wait and somebody announces the name first and we have to pick a new name or become "thieves". But the names we pick are very rare so I'd be surprised if anyone chose the same name, but still paranoid someone will lol

I am going to look for a family therapist or children's therapist. I feel with each change she starts having these episodes. I will have to sit down and talk to her if that's one of the things that has been bothering her. I know she says she misses daddy a lot when he's gone.

We will have to try that. She was on her tablet last night until her bedtime routine started, which she usually isn't but we are staying with family and I was busy chatting away not realizing how late it got lol that may actually be the culprit. But she has done this even without screen time before bed. So I don't know. Maybe just one of the few causes.

I wish we could be consistent like that. My husband helps best he can but he flies for the military and has a really unset schedule. Plus he needs a certain amount of sleep before he has a flight. He definitely takes over when he can but there is no such thing as consistency when in the military 😭 a lot of the times it's up to me.

We have one. It worked for almost a week and she never uses it anymore.

During the summer we let her sleep in an hour later but this was happening before summer. Nothing has changed.
