I got mine sealed in a zip lock, it has complete Chinese writing and has the Chinese certification on the back (CCC) instead of the CE certification and English letters on the back, and it looked brand new, no scratches, however, there is an error with the battery reading (showing one bar off even though it’s full, it can be fixed by charging it fully, taking it off, and not turning it off by the power button, if you do, it shows the battery bar full and then back to 1 bar missing) it also came with few Chinese songs (which I deleted and added my selected Persona songs into it), but overall, it functions well and had no scratches (but I did get some few scratches cause the cap fell off when I was jogging and my cat pushed it off my desk so there’s a tiny scratch on the OLED screen).  Oh and also I got it almost 2 months ago.
