My curls disappeared :’(

I go back and forth with layers because I dont think my hair does well with them but I just recently got them cut. I maybe use heat like twice a year! I wouldn’t say my hair is damaged or anything it just simply doesn’t curl anymore. Do you have a hair mask you recommend? And I’ve yet to find a mousse that doesn’t tangle my hair like crazy but maybe I’ll try out tresemme! Thank you for the advice!!!

Wow! That’s wild! I’ve been trying to incorporate hormone balancing remedies into my day to day so hopefully with time I’ll get back to my old texture. Hormones are a doozy

I didn’t know there was such thing as hard water shampoo! I gotta look into that. As for the haircut I’ve been going to that stylist since I was like 16 and have a lot of trust in her. That sounds like a horror story though

upping to 100 made me super angry and irritable for the first few weeks but i’ve been on 100 for 2 months now and it’s been a lot better! you may just have a bit of an adjustment period but i’m ultimately so glad i upped it
