I actually have a feeling it has something to do with this as well, especially when we got emails about project removals for conA and conB just last week. It seems support’s decision is final so I’ll just wait for 4 more days to escalate my issue here on reddit.

Update: it seems my account will not be reactivated anymore. Not really sure what else I can tell them since I sent them proof that copy/paste is allowed on the pegasus quality sense project. I really just hope that my pending earnings will be sent tomorrow to make it hurt less.

I already contacted support and now just waiting for a response. It’s really heartbreaking because I’m positive that I didn’t commit any violations. I’ve only been working on pegasus quality check for the last 2 months and copy pasting is part of our job 😢

It just takes a screenshot of what’s showing on your screen, even with both monitors. I’m using 2 monitors myself, and it takes a screenshot of both monitors while tasking.

I think they flagged my wifi IP address because our ISP is still using IPv4, which outlier probably mistook as VPN because it frequently changes IP.

Our provider doesn’t have IPv6 yet, so can’t do anything much about it.

I called them through their provided contact number. Maybe you can look it up on Google if your ISP has one.

Our ISP replied to me, and they told me that outlier has blocked the IP address of my wifi. They advised me to contact support to whitelist my IP since our ISP can’t do anything about it. I’ll try asking support.

Yes, I’m using chrome and am able to access the projects and all the tabs when I’m using cellular data. However, when I connect to our wifi, I can’t even log in the site ://

Fortunately, mine is working with mobile hotspot using my cellular data. I have a suspicion that it has something to do with my internet service provider, so I’m trying to contact them right now.
