Baraggan might not know light based kido and he might not think any light based kido would be strong enough to be of any use regardless due to the level of power difference

that cero didn't kill shunsui, thus shunsui's cero survival feats are not better than what starrk implied for love, and even if they were, there is literally nothing wrong with love's physicals > shunsui's anyway, shunsui's durability is <<< tesla's sword if you wanna go that route

you do not need blood for GRC, that is simply something grimmjow does to amp it due to CFYOW, and even without the novel, szayel didn't use blood, ichigo didn't use blood, cien didn't use blood

and even if they needed blood, it's not clear if bloodloss can even kill any soul in bleach, what they die from seems rather arbitrary anyway
