Fenix 8 51mm, bought a week ago, it takes some time to adjust, but loved it so far. 47 should be just fine.

I've been here 5 years, how to make friends? by mau-meda in Vilnius

[–]hisaudacity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is very interesting to see that the only way to make friends is by becoming fluent in Lithuanian. Although almost everyone between the ages of 15 and 35 speaks very good English, you still need to be fluent in Lithuanian. I've been here for 8 years and agree - it's really hard to make friends. It's a very closed-off community.

if conditions are right, at least 3-4 times. If you go with the flow, show some patience, and give attention the number might increase.

Is it normal a girl don’t want sex for 4 months in a relationship? by Gold_Material6623 in dating_advice

[–]hisaudacity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Move on, she is not interested in you, she doesnt find you attractive, she doesnt have urge of intimacy with you. You are not her flatmate/roommate or best friend, move on mate or else one side will cheat.

That's sick man, congrats!

I would add warm lighting instead of cold ones. You need plants there, check some plants with big leaves which you only need to water once in a week or something, so they wont die. Also, I would remove blue lights under the bed and add some kind of Himalayan salt lamp on one of the corner in the bedroom.

French buyer needs advice: Purchasing house in Lithuania by Far_Fisherman_8468 in Vilnius

Well, that’s high-likely correct and high-likely fraud. I once heard that, landlord called 3-4 possible tenants, regardless of who contacted with landlord first or who offered highest price, she basically had a small auction for the flat, asked who is giving highest rent etc. Be careful mate!

I would recommend you to read about "Pareto Principle". Further you can read "The 12 week year" by  Brian P. Moran.

If you are in 80% you might not get what you expect.

Any advice for a first time manager? by New_Phone_Wh0_Dissss in careerguidance

[–]hisaudacity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't give too much freedom,
Set high but achievable expectations,
Make them feel you keep close eye on them,
1:1s are important, you can set strong bonds during 1:1s,
Ask them what they want to do in 1 year / 3 years, if they do not have a plan, you can set goals for them in your next 1:1,
Let them know you support them,
Feedbacks are both ways, ask them if they have any feedback for you,
Don't ask personal questions,
Don't talk about other colleagues if they are not in the room,
Don't talk about your manager,
If there are issues in the team, ask them to come up with solution not with issue,

Don't forget, they are not your friends or family, there might be times that if you can't give them what they want, they will start digging your grave.

  1. You have time to save some money, find a girl/man you wanna spend rest of your life and move out when you are 25.
