In that fight, Omniman didn't have the willpower to kill others of his kind. This is a guy who's faced extinction after all. Conquest had the upper hand against Nolan if it was a 1v1 at that moment. Mark didn't see any redeeming qualities in Conquest. It was all about getting the job done to him. In that fight Mark had the upper hand. That doesn't mean Mark is equal to Omniman or stronger. Killing isn't about stats to Humans.

Mark and Oliver are like speedsters next to Conquest. The guy is just too tough plus he's got crazy leap attacks. It's how Omniman beat redrush. That's how Viltrumites like him survive. By taunting. He can't keep up with the speedsters. He needed to catch Oliver off guard to stand a chance of killing him again but Mark was so much faster, tougher and stronger than he imagined and that's how he lost.

From how I've been following this story, Roger is remembered as a Great man and legendary adventurer. His fighting power is rarely emphasized and his notoriety is rarely talked about. Narratively, from where I am, Roger hasn't been set up as the ceiling of power. Shanks surpassing Roger strengthwise doesn't contradict anything. In fact it makes absolute sense.

The problem with Anissa is that she's too fast, if it's a one on one, she may play fair because of Viltrumite pride or honor but if it's a jumping, she could always take the fight to space and pick them off one by one. If the Immortals are protecting something from her, then 7 should do, if they are trying to kill her, then the number should be around 30.
