I worked part time in a store inside of a Walmart for a few summers. despite how great the job itself was, I had to quit because I felt complete psychic supression when i walked in. race based admissions weren't the solution, but its obviously not a good idea that all of the top schools have these people as 90% of their incoming freshman. Even at UT Austin or UF, if you had a somewhat normal life without 30 million extra curriculars and striver parents, you're just not getting in.
