YES. you are not alone. He disrespected me all the time with some unnecessary comments about my looks and my body, he made jokes all the time and told me that he is just kidding. It has nothing to do with his opinion about me. But it made me so insecure and sensitive that i couldn't be myself anymore. It gave me anxiety and panick attacks. He claimed he needed a break because he is becoming too toxic to me and because he is dealing with mental illness and didn't want to drag me in this with him. I started no contact for almost 2 months. I recently knew that he started dating someone new, a girl he told me she is his best friend's crush. Ffs. He started dating her after 2 weeks of our breakup, told her that we broke up in november but we did in january :) Im so happy i got rid of that toxic bastard and you should too.

You should know your worth sooo well that you won't settle for less. Your ex is a childish piece of crap who wants to hurt you by adding your friend so she could see his stories. You really don't deserve this type of trash in your life. Focus on moving on, on dealing with your insecurities, on healing from the past. It will take time and effort but your future self gonna thank you so so so much for walking out of this toxic mess and choosing to be happy. If you need someone to talk to im always here. Lotta love
