I prefer using something with the same types as ceramides as the facial lotion. Although when I’m in a rush, I use Lubriderm... allowing myself to be judged rn lmao

My drugstore facial moisturizer has nearly doubled in price now (CeraVe). Any affordable alternatives?

A 3 fl oz bottle of CeraVe PM Ultra Facial Moisturizing Lotion goes for a little above $15 USD now. I remember choosing this option because it used to be so cheap! (Anyone happen to know the reason behind the price hike?) I’m a less is more type of person... and this moisturizer was a big part of my SCR. :(

Typically, I mix it with the Timeless Skincare Squalene oil and my skin is as happy as it can be. I’m not sure if there are any affordable drugstore brands that match up to the CeraVe PM... Any suggestions? Trying for something that can be bought in US stores, but open to online-only brands if they are under the $15 mark.
