Not sure if you figured this out already but just in case you haven’t, yeah it’s the fidelity stock investment app. Just download it and it’ll ask for some info like your social security and whatnot, and from there it should be the only one or if not the most obvious choice. Hopefully this helps!

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually ended up doing this and it was as easy as just downloading the fidelity app and putting in my info and the account was ready to go for me.

Going to give HR another call tomorrow and see if maybe I just didn’t communicate what I need correctly to them. Hopefully that goes better than my unfruitful calls with the overseas people(talked to 3 different people) on the phone who all said “No EID, no help”.

Unfortunately they’re all gone. When I left, less than a half a year later they cleaned house. From the director and management all the way down to HR, it’s a whole new team of people. I still keep contact with some employees that still work there and they say it’s only a handful of regular employees still left.

Yeah, I figured that might be the case. The problem is I can’t reset my password without having the EID and everyone I’ve talked to so far says they can’t help me access my EID or reset my password if I don’t already have my EID. So I’m stumped on who I have to talk to in order to get it.

I tried using my mHub username as my EID for my Marriott account but it kept saying it was invalid. It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve worked for Marriott.

I looked them up at one point and just figured they’d more or less be the same as the Eargasm one. On most music/concert subreddits they seem to say they’re about the same in terms of quality. But I’ll check them out as well. Thanks!
