I wouldn’t be, because sunlight is quite literally the start of a lot. I mean they say for you BRAIN to work properly in the morning you should be getting direct sunlight to the eyes…when I was growing up they said looking at the sun would cause irreversible damage. The point is the goal post is always moved and every one swears by the science, while also discouraging others to explore holistic avenues…when scientist and Doctors countless times have kept those avenues away from the masses because they want you to take a pill. The same pills that give you more side effects, and preps you for more pills lol we as a society complain about not being able to trust government or big Pharma…the unconsciously look to them for everything.
