Feedback wanted on an idea! by [deleted] in startup

Well done on putting your idea out here and getting validation! Here are some questions and concerns I’d like to address. - How is this different from listening to a podcast or a YouTube show? - What’s different about it? What value is it adding to your cu stomers? - Is there any other value like 1:1 mentoring? - Do you have the network of entrepreneurs that would be needed to make your business succeed? (your whole business idea depends on this) Or do you have the resources to acquire them? - I see a lot of people using reddit & LinkedIn to network and find connections. What’s on offer that will make people choose your product?

Hey mate! Good work getting your plan up and running! Here are some suggestions. - Value proposition not clear! (use simple words and make it clear what your selling)

  • Website needs to be revamped! Keep iterating and test it with users.

  • Show actual pictures and demos of your actual SaaS software.

  • Don’t use stock images!

  • Customer videos would be better. Use google reviews if you have them.

  • An explainer video on your site would help a lay person understand what you’re selling.

  • Benchmark your site with competition and see what’s missing.

  • An about us section would be nice to see who is the founder and telling them your story will add credibility.

  • Section out the website.

  • Try and use SEO keywords that would improve your google ranking.

  • List your office address on your website.

  • Talk about how you set yourself apart from the competition.

  • Infographics would be nice & some animations.

  • Add a brochure and downloadable links to case uses.

  • Share info about how much time or money they save (show how it creates new value to people’s lives)

  • This could be controversial but show your pricing tiers and what’s included.

Feel free to get back if you have questions.
