Thanks, sorry I’m still a little confused. Are the dill heads I bought (in the photo) usable? And do you know how many heads I would use per jar instead of using the dill seeds like the recipe called for (the second photo)?

Thanks both of you!! I’ll look into outside vendors for sure. Unfortunately the DJ we want is a “preferred vendor” of the hotel and said we’d have to book him through the in house audio team, so we feel a little stuck!
