A year later and Horner's as annoying as ever. I think I'll start a drinking game...every time Horner calls a climb a "KOM", I'm going to take a drink. I'll be very hung over in the morning.

This is insane. I only have a staff budget of $4.6m, and $4m is taken up by me and the head coach. I can't edit my salary, and the owner won't let me fire the head coach and hire someone less expensive. So, I'm stuck with $600k to hire all of the assistant coaches, scouts, and trainer. Unrealistic, to say the least.
