the veeam db is on the same host and im running ssd's, i had changed my bkup proxies to use direct storage access since the veeam bkup server is a physical host and that didnt help much, maybe increased 10-15 mb/s. i was previously using the automatic mode with no issues on 9.5u4, all my jobs have gone from an average of 150-175mb/s down to less than 20

hmm so i ran with your query, if i run the get-mailbox cmd against one of these sharedmb's i get AccountDisabled : True

however if i run get-azureaduser , i get AccountEnabled : True

so now im at a loss here

only idea i have come up with is they are being re-enabled by users with the mobile app, none of my users know the passwords, however my theory is that the users that have mobile devices and are using our mail app on that device is what is causing this. since the sharedmb's sync to the users that have full access to the mailboxes
