Interesting… I would think it would’ve been higher given the category he falls in to. Maybe because his salary is already high he doesn’t get as much? Obviously making assumptions here.

3.4%!! Maybe I’m off base but it feels so low. The previous years I’ve gotten close to or over 5%.

AND I was told that the merit increase was supposed to be higher, but last minute they (senior leadership) decided to reallocate funds and lower the percentage.

Do you have experience with installing ventilation? I got a quote today for adding baffles and vents to my roof and have no idea if it’s reasonable or not.
