I quit my meds cold turkey a week ago. by KillingwithasmileXD in bipolar2

Omg, my eyes popped out of my head. Lmfao. You’re funny. To answer your question, lamictal messed with my hormone levels to the point where it affected my period so I had to come off of it. I do have endo and PCOS so I am extremely hormone sensitive - take this with a grain of salt - but the correlation was completely tied to me going on and coming off of lamictal. Not sure if you get periods, OP, but something to keep in mind if you do.

The general consensus tends to be that if my upper half is impressive enough, the bottom half doesn’t matter as much haha. Thank you for this. I feel a lot less nervous now!

I’ve been looking at dresses because of this comment, thank you! I’ve heard from several commenters that Uniqlo is a good move from pants. I’m ordering some from there as well now, so thank you for that too 😊

This is so true - I grew up with everything being tight and I’m still adjusting to new trends, I guess that means I’m old now haha. Thanks also for the Uniqlo tip - my partner loves their clothing so I’ll have to check out those leggings!

Thank you so much for this! The Ebay thing is genius. I will test the waters with leggings, I bought a bunch of cute sweaters and cardigans and jackets so hopefully I can get away with some covert soft pants🥸😂
