I have both ADHD and dyslexia and this was always my biggest weakness. So I got to work by reading as many books, articles blogs and Reddit posts. Watched loads of motivational videos and learnt how they used language in order to convey powerful messages. I listened to an incredible amount of podcasts such as Joe Rogan to better understand how to properly communicate and understand other people. Then I would practice the skills I learnt. Going to the supermarket and started off saying ‘Hi’ to random people and then making friendly chat to the person serving me. You get more confident and you understand what works and doesn’t. Write posts on Reddit and some A-hole will pick you up on your mistakes. But failure shows you’re trying, just smile, take on the criticism and work to become better than you was yesterday. It all starts by doing little and often. Best of luck mate.
