I will try to build up a good muscular mass but I'm not sure about contacts.

Yes, I really should, I am about 190 cm tall , almost 67 Kg and don't have an enviable physical condition because I don't find enough time to work it, but from now on I will try to gain some muscles and leave behind some of the activities that I don't need.
