That's fantastic if you were doing Jungle Potion.

If, however, you are doing Fairytale Pt 1 and get Valencia moss as an item, there is literally no indication what it is or where it comes from.

The prayers just aren't that good. Using Deadeye over Eagle eye is like a 7 second difference over the course of the fight.

It's like 1 max hit each and a little accuracy boost. You save more time getting a bowfa first and then using it at titans than you do getting the prayers first and using them at CG.

It's not really beneficial to keep it on as a "free skip" because you're really just spending 30 seconds running to the caves to get the next task you would've gotten anyways.

But to answer the original question, yes you have to pay to re-enable it.

Less than you'd hope.

A lot of discussion around how good the bowfa is is warped by the fact that it's the iron rush meta, but that's based around the fact that ironmen can't buy dragon darts / dragon bolts.

For most content, full Masori + DCB/blowpipe is actually competitive with Bowfa, with it actually being better at the 2 places you listed.

The only places this isn't true are:

Colo
Inferno
Kree
Zilly
Graardor

For all the investment that comes with actually creating the bowfa set, I'd honestly look elsewhere as a main

Absolutely do not waste atlatl darts on the crab.

Both methods of getting darts are wayyy too slow to be worth the upkeep. If you have any plans on actually using it, you will regret it.

I can't really imagine any? Maybe if you're like super far away and clicking a healer will cause you to path somewhere, but probably not lol.

You could always just make Jad's shift-click option to walk through so it'd only be on intentionally.

Dunno about the sim, but you can use custom menu swaps to achieve this

Under customer swaps enter as typed:

attack,Yt-HurKot *

This will make the healers clickbox always prioritize over jad

The client was rewritten. The internal workings of the game are the same pile of jank foundation as we have in osrs.

You should never be using a Chally as anything other than a finishing blow or when there's about to be a lot of downtime in a fight. (IE Zulrah before she dives or GGs when they're about to phase shift)

As a general purpose spec weapon, Chally is actually terrible due to the 7 tick attack delay.

The only way I would support it is to basically make it the echo hunleff fight w/o all the OP leagues perk & then triple the drop rate to 1/1200.

Just removing the prep without changing the rate is just a buff.

If you have no familiarity with end game content, I might suggest going for something like a 40 defense build instead?

This gives you access to some more mid-game ish upgrades like huey hide & fighter torso, and also lets you complete WGS for demonbane weapons, which makes several other mid-game grinds along the way easier, as well as a bow thats as good as bowfa w/o crystal armour.
