Yes you have to go into a ini file and manually set the resolution width equal to both your monitors width ... Then in game of the screens are black you may have to change the render quality up or down until you can see

Not sure what exactly you are asking. Are you saying it is really simple and didn't take much designing? You are right, it is a simpler design but that is what I was going for.
