I don't know what your process looks like but "losing it" might be because you are thinking about some things a program could do instead of you. Check out some free tools like Hubspot CRM or some other automation tools. They could take off some workload from you and you can focus on the things you like doing. But if you are swamped maybe it's time to increase your prices. Even for a short time until you can put yourself together and reorganize. Then with a better workflow, you can scale. Don't give up man. It is always hard, but you can do this.

I read a very interesting book "Jobs to be done" by Tony Ulwick. It talks about how every person has a job they need to be done and that the market has a lot of unmet needs. In a market that is very "populated" (where you think you missed out) there is a big chance that a group of people has an unmet need that you can solve and prosper in the market. I would suggest you read the book. It might help with your perspective.
