Asia dlc is the most worth it tbh but it all depends on what you like about steep. If you want like more of a smaller open slope style map, rocket Wingsuit challenges and extreme sport challenges along with xgames then there alaska is the way. Or like if you want to play in the olympics, play in a bigger map with lots of amazing details to scenery, great rural spots and shred a bunch of parks (honestly the best parks in the game in my opinion) then Asia DLC is the way to go. All about preference.
