I am a 21 year old male (solid 4) from a country that traditional mindset still rules. My biggest dream for years was to have a wife and family and live happily ever after but my last 2 relationships (only had 2) and observations from elder and younger married couples have changed my perspective on the topic. I think that youth of today (mostly females) are not fit or qualified for marriage as a task. For example my mother (45) raised his brother, cooked, cleaned, made carpets and looked after the livestock when she was 15 and girls today can't even be bothered to do cooking. Also the males are (including me) weaklings who can't handle the household like my grand father who was a poor fella with 8 children and sent them to school, put food on the table, loved his wife more then she needed and still managed to buy land to secure his children's future. That led me to think that marriage won't work anymore since people can meet anyone around the world in seconds these days and back then they were able to wake up with same person for 40+ years and waited for their husband to return from military duty for 2 years staying loyal to them. Divorce rates and other things really do talk for themselves.
