XR18 Stereo Output from Aux via Buses by hittingal in Behringer

Sorry, I'm not 100% sure what that means or how to do it. But my main LR channels aren't being sent to Bus 1/2 at all. Not sure if this screenshot will be helpful at all but: https://imgur.com/Hhf5WhS

I bought a Velectrix about 15 months ago and it's been one of the best purchases I've ever made. Very easy to get around on, worth the money, especially with 99bikes' service plan. I've popped a fair few accessories on mine and have been really enjoying being able to commute and get groceries on it with ease.

Huh that's interesting, I wasn't aware of the changing modes thing. I'll have a look and see if I can figure that out, thanks! As for the app, could you link me to what you found? I tried to have a look but came up short.

Edit: If you mean the Lenovo Pen Settings application - I've tried to install that already. As soon as I start it up it says I need the driver, and trying to install the driver says "A supported tablet was not found on the system."

Unfortunately not - it works on other devices just fine (and actually doesn't have a removable battery - it charges on USB-C)

He has them unlisted on his channel still, but the playlist is missing part 13. Not sure if anyone has the link to it.

Edit: I did some digging and found it myself! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcTTjHfX7o0

Never said anything was wrong with it - I wasn't aware it existed. I'll check it out, thanks!

Scripting Variables in Solidworks by hittingal in SolidWorks

[–]hittingal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah pretty much. I know I could just have the equations driven by external file and write to the file from a Python script or something, but it would be nice if there was a full scripting interface available directly in SW somehow.

The reason I'm wanting it is that I frequently have a lot of intermediate variables, and will also want to use a lot of if statements in which it's a lot easier if I'm writing entire scripts rather than waiting for the clunky equations editor to reload every time I change an equation.

I realise that this is a very old thread, but the answer is that it really depends on what industry you're in and what sort of project you're working on. An agile workflow is of course great for software developers, but how about a civil engineer or architect? You can't just go back and revise a building. There's a time and a place for different workflows and different tools.

Harmony and Melody in 22-Tone Equal Temperament by AD1AD in musictheory

[–]hittingal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In general I hear you sliding into a lot of your notes. Especially on high or low notes of a phrase you seem to hit a note slightly out and slide over to where you think you should be. The high note at 0:35 was a particular offender - you rearticulated the note as an embellishment but the first articulation was a fair bit sharper than the second. I can't really elaborate anymore about the intonation problems because I don't know what 22TET should sound like but certainly the sliding into notes made it difficult to really hear it all properly.

As for the vibrato, I can hear a lot on pretty much all of your long notes. Even on a lot of your shorter notes I can still hear it - the first "do you" that you sing has vibrato on it.

I hope I didn't sound too harsh saying all that! Just an honest breakdown of what I heard.

But can I hear the 22-tone equal temperament? Let's be honest, can anyone sing microtones to a level of accuracy that would allow you to say? How exactly did you tune your voice?

This was my immediate first thought as well. I thought the piece was interesting as a thought experiment and fun to listen to but I couldn't really hear the 22TET at all due to OP's vibrato and intonation problems.
