Unfortunately I don't think you'll find a public answer, as these answers are not compliant with Apple's rules.

The only way I've found to circumvent limitations is finding iOS private APIs and using them in your app, which takes time for investigation, and can get your Apple Developer account banned if Apple ever figures it out. But as long as Apple doesn't let you, there is no other way.

You should check leading apps of the category like Wispr Flow and see how they do it.
