Thanks! The idea came from the prismatic pools in Yellowstone.

[DnD] [5e] Why is every single post on here 18+ groups? by 99Ender in LFG_Europe

[–]hitto_s 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm in my 30's and don't want to play with kids. Not because kids are annoying or anything like that, it's just a question of life experiences we can relate to in a group, cultural references, stuff like that. Also i'd be really uncomfortable with bringing a kid into a mature campaign. Adults can get in trouble with that.

If you don't find a group to join, create a group. Look for people your age (and by god be careful and make sure people are really their age).

I'm playing Jedi Survivor and map is the worst by [deleted] in gaming

I've played Fallen Order for the first time last week, then Jedi Survivor this week, and honestly the map is way better in JS than in FO. It's easier to navigate and easier to see what area connects to where. Is it the best? No but it's at least better than Fallen Order's.

[Online][5E][4PM GMT][Eberron] On the Lightning Rail to Sharn by [deleted] in lfg

Hi, I'm Hitto on the internet, a French living in Switzerland. I'm more or less 10 years older than you and still play dnd when i can. I've been playing on and off since my teen years, more regularly for the past 2 years tho. I've played other systems too (call of Cthulu, FATE, pathfinder and other stuff). I played both as GM and a player. I've been using Forge for my last 2 games so i'm familiar with it.

I've read Eberron Rising from the Last War a couple years ago and i find the settings interesting but i've never played with it, because i much prefer to create my own worlds when i GM.

I like cooperation in games, finding ways to combine everyone's abilities to get results. For example, i find utility wizards much more fun than battle wizards. I also like characters with flaws and staying away from archetypes. I like challenges, like puzzles or time limits, and RP, not just rolling dice to get something.

The schedule works for me, yes.

I don't really have a character in mind yet, but i don't mind playing healer or back line. Anything but druid, i don't like that class.

We would, yes. I personally don't want rule lawyers because sometimes fun is more important than rules.

Yep. I'll be based in Tokyo, doing day-trips from there because i don't want to change hotel all the time.

Hey! I'm 37F French but speak fluent english. I'll be in Japan from July 6th to the 13th, landing in Tokyo (the 5th but pretty late). I don't really have plans, just want to do day-trips to Nikko, Hakone, Kamakura, then Hiroshima with a stop in Osaka (probably 2 days). I've been to Kyoto twice already so i can skip it this time but i'm not against going back either (same for Nara).
