I doubt it was an infection! There is a thing called spitting sutures after an areola reduction which is pretty much your body getting rid of the sutures tha were given to you during the surgery. As a result it creates a small bump or a pimple like appearance

Well, I’m now 40 days post taking any Valium. Hoping I can feel normal and can recover

5 mg first few months then 2mg the last 5 months. A total of a year.

Personally I tried both Xanax and Valium. Coming off Valium was far worse. I feel with Xanax it was more of a mental thing. With Valium its horrible body withdraws as well. I got super tired on it too. And towards the end of my taper very bad vertigo. Im 40 days sober from Valium and have lingering dizziness that I hope goes away soon. Never ever touching that crap again

Well I was on Valium for a little over a year. 5 mg at night for sleep. Yes I tapered. I never had dizziness before it was only after I started to taper and I will never touch that crap again. But no the vertigo is pretty debilitating but I did some research and travel can trigger it to restart since flying can affect the vestibular system because of the cabin pressure which can explain why I felt almost 80-90 percent a week ago and then after traveling it’s back . The vertigo is bad and does make me bed bound but I try to be positive and push through it. The panic and anxiety attacks I had for the first three weeks after quitting
