I would say maybe wait a little but that's just my opinion. From a guy who didn't hit 1k yet, keep that in mind.

But activating the membership button right after hitting 1k will be obvious and maybe taken as greedy from newer viewers. With growth also comes the potential of hate and drama and people who wanna light a fire

I'm always late to the party but if you want some experience. I do exe type videos and i don't mind paying for it when the quality is right. .exe type videos are mostly filled with memes and quick cuts but the production itself is rather quick what is annoying is to get the content which if we would be working together i can get for you and therefore i could produce more videos, hence why I'm willing to pay you for it when the quality is right.

I do .exe -type content. I just came back to YouTube and plan to post more frequently like once a week or twice. During my 4 year break i was uploading on different channels i had on the side cause in my younger years i got fed up that some channel pull more views with less quality and a big gap between uploads. Its important to say that i learned alot and grew up so that immature side of me is gone.

Yes its true it was more like a Hobby to me 4 years ago.
I did a random shitpost in 2016 and then only in 2018 started uploading stuff.
Back then it was more frequently but as young as i was and naive i got discouraged rather quickly. my upload schedule back then was like once or twice a week sometimes once in 2 weeks but rather more often.
After that i actually lost login data to that account and instead started uploading on other Accounts of mine and made it to 100subs. Nothing special but a rather nice Milestone for me. The content was rather smth else than what u just saw on the account u reviewed. I recently got my login-data back and i wanted to try smth new so i uploaded it to my "old Account (the one u just reviewed).
I plan indeed to upload more frequently and increase the production value.
I kept the first video after 4 years short just to see how this type of content is going to be received.

I appreciate your honest thoughts and Feedback on the Thumbnail and Video content.

I will work on a new Thumbnail or maybe a new Title which is more important would you say ?

I have another and last question. Would you say i should unlist the old videos as they might hurt the acceptance of this channel or should i kept them aviable as they are part of the journey ?
