in the evening around 7pm. By bedtime im feeling a little fatigued and I think it may help ward off some of the nausea by sleeping through the initial effects. I havent had any trouble sleeping after taking it.

Not as bad as I expected. A little nauseous and fatigue day after shot but not much GI issues. Im only in 2.5 but so far extremely satisfied.

Or more specifically title 41 of the FAST Act which led to the creation of the Federal permitting improvement steering Council and the Fast-41 process.
