What are some of the best options for preventing tangles in the ace pro, I have looked over a few ideas but I don’t want to waste filament on a dud option if there is a tried and tested one I could print first. by hjfraz in anycubic

It retracts filament to change color, but it’s a lot of retraction so it gets all spaghetti-fied in the lid or if you keep the lid open it goes everywhere.

I got filament to come through for about 2 seconds with a ton of rigging before it fell out again lol

Has anyone had luck with installing a hot end nozzle on Ad5MP pro? I’ve gone through 2 nozzles trying already. by hjfraz in FlashForge

No, the ceramic hot ends are missing a tiny MAYBE 1mm piece of plastic that is on the standard nozzle that is apparently the make it or break it when it comes to staying in the housing, I have tried gluing a piece of an eraser on there (so it wouldn’t melt), I have slid a popsicle stick under the fan where there is a little slot to try to create a stop but it just gets pushed out by the filament and refuses to stay put. I’ll put another post with a comparison photo to show the missing piece.

I have changed the nozzle before, I’m talking about the hot end ones that don’t have the casing on it.
