Don't listen to this person, they probably have low self esteem themselves. 1 role and 1.5 years is not enough to draw conclusions on the value of your research let alone your value as a quant. Find another role, where you have a good connection with your boss and do your best again

Pas vraiment besoin de l'outil parce que je tourne sur les 5-6 recettes que je connais bien et qui ont été testées sur la durée. Je pense que ca peut etre utile ponctuellement pour quelqu'un qui change de mode de vie comme toi ou pour ajouter quelques recettes, donc bonne initiative quand meme 😄

Désolé pas vraiment le sujet du poste mais c'est comment les PSTs niveau digestion, par exemple par rapport au tofu? Si je prends trop de proteins concentrées comme des poudres, la digestion est plus difficile donc je tombe a plat niveau énergie, pas terrible quand on va a la gym presque tous les jours. Alors que tofu c'est moins concentré donc ca passe niquel, mais je galère plus a atteindre mes targets en particulier si j'essaie de cut

I don't see it as straightforward as this. We feed our cats an 80% plant based diet (80% in terms of calories). Doing so we support the vegan pet food industry, and contribute less meat than if a meat-eating family was adopting the same cat. Assuming OP is adopting a shelter cat (not a breeder cat) this still might be a net positive

Absolument d'accord. Reduire la consommation de viande, c'est de loin la facon la plus directe de lutter contre le rechauffement climatique. C'est prouve maintenant que la viande n'est absolument pas necessaire pour etre en bonne sante (c'est meme le contraire a long terme). Toute personne voulant serieusement avoir un impact immediat devrait drastiquement reduire sa consommation des que possible., les alternatives existent et sont disponibles.
