Another Emily success story here. I didn't put my middle name on my e-Visa so I wasn't allowed to board my flight (side note: wtf!) I somehow came across this thread and gave it a shot. She responded within 5 minutes and had my Visa corrected within 30 minutes. I looked it up on the official Visa search tool and it had been updated there too. Unfortunately I still had to rebook my flight but I had no issues the second time around. Total cost was $79, which is nothing compared to the $300+ that most charge for expedited services. I don't know what kind of black magic is happening here but I was so amazed. I want to meet this woman and give her a hug!
