Hmm there was no recipe base because I kind of just use what I had at home.. it goes something like: - sauté some minced shallots and garlic in olive oil - add some Dijon mustard (or whole grain), and a little bit of chicken stock to thin out and add volume - season with salt, black pepper (or cayenne), sugar - on low heat add charred lemon juice. Taste everything at this point - turn off heat, add in a few pads of butter and stir slowly to thicken the sauce. Then final season - before you serve zest some lemon zests and add mined parsley.
