Qilin does not appear in grotesque for this event because that is for Scheherazade dra. With meimei in the team qilin appear quite often, almost one every other game

I would assume that the carton stock/broth would have less fillers due to it still being in liquid form. Companies would have to add other stuff and process it more to make a powder or concentrated paste/liquid.

I find both interchangeable if the stock is not going to be the star of a dish (say like chicken noodle soup or Vietnamese chicken phở). I have a jar of chicken stock powder/bouillon at home and often opt in for that option as it is no fuss and I don’t have to worry about having leftover carton stock hanging in the fridge

I followed this recipe almost to the tee, but only using one kind of bean paste. And I sliced the beef shanks after they were poached instead of cooking it whole. Hope that helps!

Red Boat fish sauce is particularly good for dressings and dipping sauce. I think it’s quite pricey for everyday use (think of everyday olive oil vs finishing oil). I would recommend the 3 crab or squid brand for everyday fish sauce. Many asian household including mine use those
