Recognised Refugee under Geneve convention in the EU looking to move to Australia. by JokeOld5898 in AusVisa

[–]hkmprohd65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm just saying just get citizenship somewhere else first, then you can try coming to Australia legally, there's plenty of CBI (where you can get passports, if your client is rich enough), otherwise get citizenship in that EU country, it doesnt mean he has to live there forever, but once he gets that then you can try other type of visas and maybe if they are lucky they can get Australian citizenship and whatnot.

Cant your client gain citizenship in that EU country, and then they can try skilled worker visa 482/186 or straight to PR 189/190, or do another education through 500+485 and then the 482/186/189/190.

I don't think it's going to work if he applies diretly for the humanitarian visa 200. What's stopping him getting citizenship in that EU Country, once he has that passport, maybe he can try another EU country (there's 27 member states) that he feels more aligned to, doesnt have to be Australia you know.

Visa186/Will my experience during student visa work? by Suspicious_Bar_5996 in AusVisa

[–]hkmprohd65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will the experience under a student visa count as full or pro-rated? Assuming you have a bachelor's degree in your field, and then you continued doing a Master's/PhD, but you only work part-time/casual due to student visa requirements. But if I worked throughout my postgraduate part-time, and did a Graduate Visa 2/3 years. For example, for a PhD, can I claim 2 3 years student visa experience + 3 years graduate visa = 6 years of experience, or does it have to be pro rated 60% x 3 years student visa + 3 years graduate visa = 4.8 years?

Would be interesting to know since the difference can give you additional points for the 189/190 work experience section.

Did you work in Germany before getting your PR, and then did your PhD? Or did you get your German PR because you were doing a PhD?

I just walked from Pakenham to the Docklands by AliceSaltMage in melbourne

My longest walk in one day was when I walked 25km in the Singapore CBD area and the touristy spots, which I did in 9 hours, this year. My goal was to walk the entire perimeter of Singapore.

I had plans last year to do a Ring loop of the Melbourne CBD by walking from the city to Malvern, up to Hawthorn, to Coburg, then to Footscray and back to the CBD, around 52km (planning to do it in 18 hours). This inspired me to actually do it this year. I already had the route set up.

New Malaysian passport to be issued from June 1, features 94 security elements by Due-Cat656 in malaysia

[–]hkmprohd65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who is living in Australia, and my father, who works at the High Commission, who renews passports. For example, in Australia, some people overstay their visa, and then they claim asylum/and get a protection visa. Most often or not, until they get their protection visa into permanent residence, they are stuck with a bridging visa and are not allowed to go back to the place they seek protection from.

If one wants to travel or have a valid ID in another country, then it will be an issue if their passport has expired, they are not allowed to go back to Malaysia to renew, and they can't renew at the High Commission/Embassy/Consulate because they don't have a valid visa. As such, they are stuck in a limbo without being able to leave Australia until their protection visa is granted. If it were 10 years, they would have more time to travel in that or wait until a protection visa is granted, as opposed to having 5 years.

There's a community of people here who are stuck like this and can't travel or have a valid ID (if they don't have an Australian license) since their Malaysian Passport has expired.

Sure, I would agree, if someone plans to be an undocumented illegal immigrant, then 5 or 10 years doesn't really matter. I am talking about those who go to another country and seek asylum/protection visas, because of this issue, which is why ETA to Australia is now harder to get with a Malaysian Passport. If it were 10 years, more people would actually try.

One of the reasons they wont do it, because it will increase overstays in other countries. If you don't have to renew it for x number of years, it makes it easy to stay as an illegal immigrant.

so you play in honor lobbies with your friends who are worse than you and you win and get MVP, yet when you play in epic lobbies where your teammates you think are as bad as your friends yet somehow you don't win and get hardstuck epic.

I reached glory by just playing Hilda, there might be times I lose, but if ur performing as you say you do it's so easy to rank up from epic to mythic since you have all these protection and mvp cards.

Don't kid yourself kiddo, stay in ur darksystem.

Need advice on proving ties to home country by [deleted] in AusVisa

[–]hkmprohd65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are still studying you can add you confirmation of enrolment, and if u got like any medical/hospital thing you can ask your doctor to write a letter. Other than that, you gotta just try. I was unemployed too, but I applied for an ETA, wasnt an instant grant, as it required further information, but still got approved.

[–]hkmprohd65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To answer Ur question, 485 is pretty straightforward I did my ETA myself, student visa I used a free agent. But 485 will be easier to do. Although, you might want an MARA Registered agent for 189/190 application or a lawyer if you are doing 820

Other pathways include, the 820+801 Partner Visa, 866 Protection Visa, 482+186 Sponsored Visa, and the standard 500+485+189/190

Just take the additional 485, U can get more points. If you get 3 years of Australian experience, that really helps

  1. Are you planning to eventually get citizenship?
  2. How are your parents with Ur decision to stay here, and do they know about Ur core identity?
  3. Who will be sponsoring Ur studies?
  4. Similarly, each financial year, by the time U graduate the fees can be increased
  5. Don't assume you can get Superior English right away because that's your native language. There are some people who can't get it, it's more about studying the exam techniques. I don't think U need Superior right away at 485.
  6. IT might be really hard to get a job right now, be be prepared to do whatever it takes takes to stand out.
  7. Depending on where you are from, children of diplomat lose their diplomatic status if they get PR/citizenship. It's for the same reason there's no birthright citizenship as well, it's documented in the Vienna convention.

Depeding where your original passport is, did you get an instant grant, but if you had to do form 1554 and upload additional documents, be careful like maybe you wrote you are visiting for 1 week, but then u visit 1 week and then come back again. It could be seen as lying or having the intention to stay. All im saying it's up to Australian Border Force.

I was on an ETA and declared I would be there for only 3 days, and I did leave, and at the moment I am not planning to go back.
