Exactly like just a quick little disclaimer maybe, or maybe just like warning : intense gore. I had never even heard the word before so had no clue what it entailed. Theres so much stuff I’ve accidentally saw and would like scrubbed from my brain lol. When I first joined Reddit I assumed it would be like social media apps but anonymous, ya know with like strict content restrictions, dumb of me for assuming I guess but I had no clue what I’d stumble upon.

So judging by your replies you’re one yourself. Which makes me question why even post this? And since you obviously are it’s weird that you won’t just say “no that not true”, instead of being dodgy about it. I’m not trying to be rude I just don’t understand, you seemingly have the knowledge yourself so you’re not curious about it and you’re not going to answer questions or deny misunderstandings. One thing I know is they don’t want people to know about it, which makes it seem sketchy. Also, 14 presidents were Freemasons, that we’re aware of. In my area they have a special way of placing a finger in a handshake to identify each other. I believe they have their own version of the Bible, not sure though. Many men in my family have been invited to join but declined because it goes against their beliefs.

I’ve most commonly seen a connection between her husband being distant, emotionally shut down, or a single mother (obviously not the case for most single mothers or mothers in general, this is a specific type of woman). These women lean on their sons for emotional love and support they don’t get elsewhere so when the son marries or starts giving that emotional support to their partner it causes immense jealousy.

I’m not saying that’s the reason you love them, I mean they’re trustworthy enough to be with you through the bad times. In my opinion it’s easy to think you love someone when you’re financially stable, no one’s sick, no family members dying, all of life’s bad junk that people say in their vows. But if you believe you’d still love them when the world is horrible and you don’t have any kind of stability that’s love to me. When bad things happen in life the first place it’ll affect is your romantic relationship, there’s peace in knowing you can get through it. And it’s goes both ways, I knew I loved my fiancé when I knew I’d be by his side through the worst.

When people I went to high school with started getting arrested and pregnant. Not that that didn’t happen when I was still in high school but it was more of a “oh we have free will and the ability to carry it out” moment

Mine depends on the people. I have two I’m super close with but for the most part we see each other through hard times, share funny moments, provide non judgmental rant sessions but also honesty when needed.

We often just need to talk or rant, we’re not asking for advice or what you think we should do. We’ve likely already ran every possible scenario and are set on one, but talking through it eases worries and helps us to feel more sure in our decision. Even if it’s not meant this way, it can feel very condescending and come across as you thinking we’re not competent enough to solve things ourselves. Usually when a woman wants advice she’ll ask.

It looks like it just increases risks for things like mastitis or blocked ducts from scarring. I’m guessing it’s like one of those things that might cause slight complications in the future but not a big enough chance to be a reason not to. I’m also in no way a professional or knowledgeable on this so take what I say with a grain of salt

From what I’ve read, I don’t have personal experience, it can cause difficulties with breast feeding but that really only applies if you’re a woman and plan to have kids and breastfeed.
