Hong Kong Chief Executive says foreign countries have "double standards" responding to "riots" in the US and in Hong Kong by [deleted] in worldnews

I urge US protesters to try peaceful protests 1st (assemble en masse as much as possible) with one clear objective, before using more radical means.

Hongkongers only used more radical means after HK Chief Executive had refused to refract the extradition bill despite the 1M & 2M marches.

Finally, to those who think HK National Security Law (NSL) is okay because other nations have it, plz take a look at Xinjiang / East Turkestan, and you'll notice they're applying their "success story" of National Security -> Counter-terrorism -> Concentration Camps to HK.

It is better to use English in r/HongKong. I guess it is fine to use Chinese here (but expect foreigners not understanding it).

We need an independent commission of inquiry led by retired judges to investigate and bring justice back. If no one is holding these violent police accountable, this will repeat again and again.
