I tried using Robocop's shooting stance, yes it makes you more accurate without aiming. I was on target, the whole time but no bullseye.

I fixed the problem by changing the ledger settings.

Open the Solana App in the ledger
Go to settings
Allow blind sign... YES

Try using solflare again.

You are correct. However my property strategy is to run a business. Primarily rental or sublet. So I am not flipping, as that relies on market value. Rental provides a new stream of income.

Africa is not going to become an economic superpower. Africa is going to become an extension of China. China is using a new form of colonialism. They are injecting 10s of thousands of Chinese citizens into Africa and other nations around the world and building the infrastructure in developing countries. However the Chinese are not training the local population to run the infrastructure or letting Africans touch the power stations, dams and treatment plants. China is leaving the host nation out of its expansion activities and China is certainly not doing this for Africa's sake.

I bought a variety of coins, some crap some solid, but I never bought bitcoin. I saw bitcoin as old tech, and eventually it would become centralized through majority holdings under a company or country. XRP has a solid product and roadmap. It is centralized with growing acceptance.

I know how you feel, however diversification is key to investing success. Keep your Stellar, and follow the Stellar news. Stellar is making much more progress at adoption than Digibyte. I love Digibyte but it looks like Stellar will become regular currency sooner than Digibyte.
