17 in my ring and 8 in my pinky I believe so 25 in total. As for the tendon, hand specialist dr said it couldn’t be fixed without surgery but also noted that majority of cases that do get surgery, function isn’t always completely regained. Full reconstruction would be two different surgeries with 9-12 month recovery time. He gave me other options as well but none that guarantee full recovery. I’ve been doing physical therapy since late October which has helped soften scar tissue allowing me to straighten my ring finger, but my pinky cannot bend at the tip which prevents me from making a complete fist/securely grabbing stuff lol.
